🍯Fried Bread Slices | A Bulgarian Grandma’s Recipe
🛒 Ingredients:

Bread (preferably white bread) – sliced 🍞

Eggs – 2-3
-
Milk (or plain yogurt) – 1/2 to 1 cup

Flour – 2-3 tablespoons

Salt – to taste

Oil – for frying
🥣 Instructions:

Prepare the mixture:
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk (or yogurt), flour, and salt. Stir well until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture. -
Dip the bread slices:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture on both sides so it soaks well. -
Fry the slices:
Place the soaked bread slices in the pan and fry on both sides until they turn golden brown. -
Drain the slices:
Remove the fried slices from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Serve: Serve the warm fried bread slices with feta cheese, Bees & Berry honey on the side ( your preferred flavor ) , and drizzle with Bees & Berry Pure Raw honey.
