Refund & Pre-order Policy
We accept refund requests within 30 days of purchase for damaged or faulty products purchased through our online store. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please email us at info@beesandberry.store and include the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or issue with the product
What’s Covered
If your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement for the damaged or faulty items only.
For example, if you ordered a bundle and only one jar arrived damaged, we’ll refund or replace that single jar.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Can I return the product or get my money back if I don't like the taste?
While we’re unable to issue a refund, we’ve found that most of our customers fall in love with the variety of flavors we offer. We recommend enjoying it by the spoonful and seeing how you like it.
You can visit our Recipes page or try enjoying by:
🥣Drizzle it over your granola bowl.
🥤Add it to your favorite shake or smoothie.
🥞Spread it on pancakes, crepes or waffles.
You can also use our honey in tea, especially when you’re feeling under the weather. Honey has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and it soothes your throat and provides many health benefits.
Please note that we do not accept returns, as our honey is a perishable product. However, if your order is damaged or delayed during shipping, we are happy to offer you a re-ship.
Pre-orders let you reserve products that are out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method to charge once the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order that has not yet been shipped or processed. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Refunds (full or partial) may still be requested in accordance with our Refund Policy.
