🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen for extra creaminess)

  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon Bees & Berry Chocolate Creamed Honey

  • 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (adds creaminess + extra protein)

  1. Blend it all:
