  • ¼ tsp salt

🍋 Whipped Lemon Cream

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍯 Lemon Honey Drizzle

  • ¼ cup lemon creamed honey
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Instructions

1️⃣ Lemon Creamed Honey Butter

In a bowl, combine:

  • softened butter

  • Bees & Berry lemon creamed honey

  • dark brown sugar

  • salt

Mix until smooth, creamy, and fully combined. Set aside.


2️⃣ Whipped Lemon Cream

In a bowl add:

  • cream cheese

  • powdered sugar

  • vanilla extract

Whisk until smooth.

Add:

  • cold heavy whipping cream

  • lemon zest

Whisk using a hand mixer or stand mixer until light peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator.


3️⃣ Lemon Honey Drizzle

In a small bowl mix:

  • Bees & Berry lemon creamed honey

  • maple syrup

  • softened butter

  • lemon zest

Stir until smooth and glossy.


Assemble

  1. Trim the crust from the brioche slices.

  2. Spread the lemon creamed honey butter evenly over all sides of the bread.

  3. Place on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes.

  5. Flip the slices and bake another 8 minutes until golden and caramelized.

⚠️ The toast will be soft, sticky, and hot, so handle carefully.

  1. Transfer to a cooling rack and let rest 10 minutes so the honey butter crust sets.


Finish

Plate the toasted brioche and:

  • Add a generous dollop of whipped lemon cream
