🍳 Instructions
1. Make the crêpe batter

Whisk flour, sugar, and salt.

Add eggs, then gradually whisk in milk.

Mix in melted butter and vanilla.

Let rest 20 mins.
2. Cook the crêpes

Heat a lightly buttered pan over medium heat.

Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl.

Cook ~1 minute, flip, then 30 seconds more.
